This Way Up is a web-based program that provides information and skills for overcoming anxiety and depression. With clinician-assisted, self-help, and school-based-prevention modules, This Way Up can be used by many different kinds of users who need help to cope with symptoms of depression and anxiety.
THIS WAY UP was jointly designed and developed by Professor Gavin Andrews and his team of psychiatrists and clinical psychologists at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. As a non-profit initiative, THIS WAY UP is sponsored by the Australian Government and the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.
Thera-LINK is a telehealth platform designed to facilitate secure online therapy and counseling sessions via video, primarily serving mental and behavioral health professionals.

The Curvey offers curated support group ongoing mental health resources and access to care. It serves as a marketplace and social/emotional learning space where individuals can create or join groups and discussions on various mental health topics, such as addiction, depression, and anxiety.
A Mental Health Platform for Men.
We are creating a peer enabled mental health and wellness platform for men to help solve the hidden men’s mental health crisis. By providing men with a supportive environment where they can share, we are letting them know that they are not alone. By allowing men to connect one-on-one with other men going through similar issues, we let them know that it is okay to struggle and that doing so makes them no less of a man.
Temstem is designed to assist individuals who experience auditory hallucinations, commonly referred to as hearing voices. The app offers tools to help users manage and reduce the distress associated with these experiences, aiming to improve daily functioning and social participation.
